Captain Clod

I've been working on a comic for a new graphic novel anthology coming out called Parable (http://www.parablecomic.com/). I thought I'd post a few pages from it. It's been one of the most fun things I've ever done. (Click on the images for the bigger versions.)

Here's a closeup so you can see a little more of the painting texture.

These look fun!
I don't know how you comic book/graphic novel artists cope with all the multiple images. I have enough problems with 24 pages of a picture book!!!
You amaze me with your speed, prolific output and ingenuity.

Do let us know when this project is finished.

This is a hoot! I felt like Captain Clod this weekend working in my swampy garden. Love the martini next to Lawn Lady. Very cool texture, too. Nice job!

Thanks June, comics are a lot of work, no doubt. But I had so much fun with this one. My style is also not as detailed as most comic book artists fortunately!

Janet, I feel like Captain Clod every day! :)
